The film is about providing a proper guidance and enough resources so that one can change anyone’s life. Even though women are literate or semiliterate if opportunities are given, they will rise to the need of the time and will meet the challenge to create their own income source. This documentary film talks about the second and third generation of the SEWA members. SEWA provides them a training of various trades and services along with management training. This helps them to design their own business, ability to manage finance and trading as well. It is a story of many young women who became the owner and the manager of their own business by becoming entrepreneur.[/column][/row]
